As I began to formulate my hypnosis and coaching business, the compass symbol really resonated with me. I believe we all have an inner compass. We can find it when we quiet our minds and listen to that inner wise voice that whispers words of kindness, truth and guidance.
Negative thoughts, self-judgement, shame and fear can provide enough noise to make inner wisdom impossible to hear. It is difficult to read one's compass when lost in the dark.
